To Get Started

We recommend you schedule a free consultation with us to make sure we are the people you are looking for.

This is a no pressure introduction and a great way to get to know us and ask any questions you may have.

If you feel like we are the right fit then we can schedule with you at the end of our call or we can send you a link to schedule when you are ready.

First Appointment

Prior to your first appointment we will send you an appointment reminder and some paperwork for you to complete. You will then receive an appointment reminder and link to your virtual session, which will be sent to the contact information you provide us. At your appointment time, just click the link and you will be contacted to your therapist.

Scheduling More Appointments

Our goal is to get you to a place where you are stable and do not need us. In the beginning you may need weekly or every two week (biweekly) appointments however, once you have started to see improvements in your mental health and coping we want to give you time to practice the work you have been doing and skills you have been learning. At that time we will discuss together how you feel about having more time in between appointments. Should things with your or a loved one’s health or mental health, change we can always increase sessions again. We just want you to know that we have the utmost respect for your time & resources.
